personal information (as defined in this Privacy Policy) relating to the user’s (“you” / “your”) use of the services
provided by College Collective and any associated services (the “Membership Services”). The terms governing your
use of the Membership Services are specified in our Terms and Conditions of Use, available at Terms and
Conditions for Membership Services.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” or “our” mean College Collective, its affiliates, and any relevant
persons associated with College Collective, or its affiliates that will responsible for processing your personal
information.

This Privacy Policy describes your relationship with us with respect to information that identifies or can be used to
identify you (sometimes referred to as “personal information” or “personal data” under applicable privacy and data
security laws, however, we will use the term “personal information” in this Privacy Policy) when you use our
website(s), mobile apps, and other online products or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the
“Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us. We may partner with third parties to provide you with products,
promotions or other experiences. We will make available to you the privacy policies of those third parties if they
will receive information in connection with those experiences. The relevant third party’s privacy policy will apply to
the collection of your personal information, in addition to this Privacy Policy.
From time to time, we may develop new services or offer additional services. If these evolving services materially
change how we collect or process your personal information we will communicate that to you. Unless otherwise

Policy, or our use of your data, cookies or similar technologies please email us at

need to authenticate your identity before addressing your request.

    • Your interactions with us through email and text messages; and

    •  Details of your interactions with our customer service, such as the date, time and reason for contacting us.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and provide our Services. We also use this information we
collect to:

so that we, and they, can understand how people use the Membership Services or Services; this helps us grow our
business and improve and develop our products and services.


6. Information Access, Retention, and Deletion.


When you visit the account portion of our website, you may access and update account information, including your
contact and billing information, You must be signed in to access the account section.


We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with the Membership Services or
Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as complying with the law, maintaining the Membership
Services or Services, making business decisions about new features and offering, and resolving any disputes.
Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information so that it is no longer identifying, unless we
are legally allowed or required to maintain such personal information, for example:

  • Where there is an unresolved dispute or issue involving your account;

  • Where our legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations require us to retain personal information;

  • Or where necessary for our legitimate business interests such as avoiding fraud or maintain security.

We take reasonable steps to destroy or anonymize personal information in a secure manner when it is no longer

and modification. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risks of processing
your personal information. However, no data security regime can ensure complete security. Accordingly, we cannot
guarantee the security of your personal information. Your password protects your user account, so we encourage
you to use a strong password that is unique to your Membership Services account or Services account, never share

your password with anyone, limit access to your computer and browser, and log out after having used the
Membership Services or Services.


8. Third Party Websites.


The Membership Services or Services websites, applications and other content may include links to third-party
websites, apps, and social media platforms (“Third Party Websites”). By clicking on such links, you may permit a
third party to collect or share your personal information. We do not endorse or control Third Party Websites. By
reading the terms of service and privacy policy that may apply to such Third Party Website, you may learn how that
site will process information about you. We accept no responsibility for any liability or damages or other harm to
anyone from your use of Third Party Websites. Please appropriately protect yourself when accessing such websites,
particularly when downloading or purchasing anything from such sites.


9. Children.


You must be at least 13 years of age or older to become a Member with respect to the Membership Services or
Services. The Membership Services or Services are not offered to children whose age makes it illegal to process
their personal information.


We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age or under the applicable age
limit. If you are under the applicable age limit, please do not use the Membership Services or Services, and do not
provide any personal information to us.


If we determine that we have collected personal information of a child under the age of 13 years, we will take
reasonable measures to delete that information. This may require us to delete the child’s Membership Services or
Services account.


10. Changes to this Privacy Policy.


We occasionally will update this Privacy Policy in response to changes in the law or the Membership Services or
Services and will change the “Date Last Updated” reference accordingly. We will notify you of such changes in
accordance with the law. Please check back here periodically for the latest description of our privacy practices.
Continuing to use the Membership Services or Services after any such updates take effect will constitute your
acknowledgement and acceptance of those changes. If you do not wish to acknowledge or accept any updates to this
Privacy Policy, you may cancel your use of the Membership Services or Services.
